I am a postpartum nurse at a local hospital who fell in love with helping families transition into a new season of having a newborn. After some years of working at the bedside of these families, I felt inspired to take my education further and become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in order to support parents before and after they make it to the hospital through prenatal and postpartum teaching.

Aside from being a nurse and lactation consultant, I’m a mom who’s passionate about helping other moms feel supported and confident. As a mom of 3, I know firsthand how beautiful and challenging those early days can be, and I feel deeply about helping you maintain the JOY of the season through the changes and learning curves it brings.

I love all things natural and nurturing—plants, essential oils, homemade bread—and I bring that same holistic, heart-centered approach to the care I provide. My goal is to make breastfeeding and the postpartum journey feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering.

Through one-on-one support, education, and community connection, I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn, grow, and settle into this new chapter—nourishing both body and soul along the way.
