Postpartum Services Include:

​

  • Assistance with breastfeeding/pumping/bottle feeding

  • Baby care including bathing, swaddling and diapering

  • Light housework such as meal prep, dishes and laundry

  • Organizing baby’s nursery

  • Assistance with older siblings

  • Caring for your baby while you nap or shower

  • Safe sleep tips and troubleshooting sleep issues

  • Emotional support and processing your unique birth story

  • Referrals to additional support services

All services include a free prenatal consultation

​

Hourly Rate: $45-$55/ hour

Any combination of days and hours are available but here are some popular options:

         The Supported Month Package:

Eight 4-hour bundles spread over your first month with your new baby, for example Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-1pm across your first four weeks postpartum.


        The Supported 4th Trimester Package:

Twenty four 4-hour bundles spread over your "4th trimester", for example Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm across your first three months postpartum.

The Supported Mama is based in Peachtree City, GA and serves the surrounding area, including Fayetteville, Newnan, Senoia, Sharpsburg and Tyrone.
