The Supported Mama
Empowered Safe Heard

Breastfeeding can be beautiful—and it can also feel challenging as you and your baby learn to do something new.
We offer compassionate, evidence-based, in-home & virtual lactation support to help you and your baby feed with confidence and comfort. Whether you’re newly postpartum, struggling with pain or supply concerns, or preparing to return to work, we meet you where you are—literally and emotionally.

Virtual Breastfeeding Support
Virtual lactation support offers many of the same benefits as in-person care, from troubleshooting feeding challenges and answering questions to building confidence and creating a feeding plan that works for your family. Through secure video visits, our IBCLC can observe feeds, provide guidance, and offer personalized education in real time — all from the comfort of your home.
Virtual support can be especially helpful for parents with more straightforward concerns, early questions, or those looking for reassurance and practical guidance without the logistics of an in-person visit. It’s also a great option for ongoing follow-up care.

We additionally offer text-based support for quick questions, check-ins, and continued encouragement between visits, so you never feel alone in your feeding journey.
