Postpartum Support Group

This will be a small group feel, a safe place to share and connect with others. To open up about challenges. To feel support and encouragement. To celebrate your successes.

The goal is to leave connected to a group of women who you can lean on for allllll the things postpartum and beyond!

Topics include:

-Processing your birth experience

-Self-care in the midst of postpartum

-Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders

-Parenting with your partner/communication

-Connections with other mamas
