Ashley Demmitt,

After having my first daughter in 2016, I realized that the proverb, "it takes a village..." could not be more true. I thought I had my village in place, a supportive network of friends and family, but I still struggled with an overwhelming sense of mental and physical exhaustion. What I didn't realize at the time was that I was missing a critical link in my village:  a postpartum doula. Luckily, with the birth of my second daughter I had the support of a treasured postpartum doula to help and encourage me through my most transformative days. Her presence ensured I had a more bonded and beautiful postpartum experience.

My personal postpartum experiences, along with my previous seven years as a master level social worker supporting women and children, have been the driving force behind my passion to support other mamas through the often overlooked and under-supported "4th trimester".  It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you welcome a baby into your home and assume your most important role yet: mama (or mama again!).

I live in Peachtree City, GA with my husband of 11 years, my silly, loving girls ages 5 and 2 and a cuddly 14-year-old beagle mix. I am honored to support families within this community I love and beyond!
